Pecan Lakes is developed by Fordham-Thompson Development,
LLC. Gary Fordham and David Thompson are the principal owners
and have been business partners in various commercial and
residential properties in Mississippi and Louisiana for
21 years. Our building company is AAA Homes of MS, LLC. The principal owners are Gary Fordham, David Thompson and Lee Everett, a qualified building contractor with 15 years of experience.

After construction, a written Homeowner Walk-thru Inspection

adopted respective Protective Covenants, Codes and Restrictions making
for a friendlier and safer community.
