The developers of Pecan Lakes, Gary Fordham and David Thompson, chose to further ensure Pecan Lakes customers the highest quality homes, the latest design elements, customer satisfaction, and responsive service after the sale, by forming AAA Homes. In concert with former Pecan Lakes Preferred Builder, Everett Construction, Inc., they formed one construction company, AAA Homes. Combining Everett’s construction and coordination skills with Fordham-Thompson’s innovation and housing trend knowledge will ensure even greater benefits to Pecan Lakes.

Lee Everett grew up in the construction industry and carries the family’s traditions with great pride. He has been involved in practically every facet of construction in both Forrest and Lamar counties over the past 15 years. Lee saw at a young age the importance of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Lee says, “ Quality is in the details. Customer satisfaction is in the inspection and follow-up.”
